Do your baits float?
Tiger nuts and corn do not float.
What flavor is best?
They all work. My advice is to choose a flavor that YOU like the scent of. My personal favorites are Almond, Banana, and Spicy Sriracha.
How long do the baits last?
Two years or more. Refrigeration is recommended, but not required. They will last a long time either way. This time frame is just a guess, I have never had a jar get moldy.
How well do the feeder sinkers hold pack bait?
As well as any other feeder. It depends entirely on how loose your pack bait is, how hard you pack it on, and your casting technique.
What is a tiger nut?
A tiger nut is not actually a nut. It is a tuber (like a potato) that forms in the ground on the roots of the yellow nutsedge plant.
What if my tiger nuts get slimy, should I throw them out?
No, the slime is a good thing, the carp like it. It doesn't mean they have gone bad. It is natural starches released by the tiger nuts. The slime may come and go depending on the temperature you store them in.
